Our Technology

Our novel technology of upcycling food waste combines biological, mechanical and chemical process and renewable energy technology.  Most of food waste is wet  therefore it  is bulky and heavy, so the most significant treatment stage involves drying to reduce volume and weight. Some of fo0d waste are toxic to livestock so detoxification process is crucial in the process,

Some of processing methods such as air-drying process is done by renewable energy sources,  Using renewable energy sources results in a very low carbon footprint. Drying takes about 24 hours long enough to destroy pathogens. The process does not breakdown  useful nutritional/pharmaceutical ingredients recovered during the upcycling process. The process produces dried product that does not ferment/ break down, has a lower volume and weight than the original waste and  with a longer shelf life for feed. Some products undergo fermentation to produce useful products
